PROJECT ROOM is a film creative hub based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Founded in 2013, the team collectively brings 20 years of experience to the table in a wide range of film production, from TV Commercials, Reality TV, all the way to Music Videos.
As a team we are passionate about finding ways to creatively tell stories and ideas that are relevant and relatable not just to Malaysians but for a global audience. We are always open to making new connections and collaborations with people from every part of the world.

FABIAN JOSEPH
Executive Producer
Founder of Project Room, Fabian is a dreamer, a visionary & a hustler. As a director-producer, he has proven himself a versatile filmmaker thanks to his many years of experience on a wide range of film sets. And if you spend just a little more time with him, you will find his zest for film, music, art & life not just inspiring but contagious.
SARAH LOIS
Creative Producer
Sarah finds joy in developing ideas & crafting films so that it is communicated not just creatively but effectively. Also a film director, she channels her love for fashion & dance into her films & is convinced that films have the power to heal.
U-JINN TEH
Producer
Co-founder of Project Room, when U-Jinn isn’t producing a project, he heads the Camera Department in Project Room besides being a DOP. A technical wizard with a knack for gadgets of sorts, there is nothing he cannot build, rig, or fix.
ANNABEL MICHAEL
Production Manager
Quick on her feet & always game for a challenge, the only other thing Annabel loves just as much as filmmaking is music. A dynamite pop-soul vocalist, she strongly feels that her days are better with a dose of both her passions & a side of milk tea.
